All sarees shown on the website are hand-selected, and may have minor variations in color due to lighting, device screen settings, and fabric texture.

Slight color or feel variations do not qualify as defects.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).

  • Prices may change without prior notice.

  • We accept online payments via authorized payment gateways.

  • Orders are processed only after full payment confirmation.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are usually shipped within 1–7 business days.

  • Delivery timelines depend on the courier service and location.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Return, Replacement & Refund

We do not offer refunds on any orders.

We only offer replacement in case of:

  • Wrong product received

  • Damaged product received

Customers must follow our replacement policy conditions.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:

  • Record a parcel opening video (without cuts/edits) before opening the package.

  • Report issues within 48 hours (2 days) of receiving the product.

  • Ensure products are unused, unwashed, and have all tags intact for replacement eligibility.

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.

  • For cancellation requests before dispatch, contact us immediately.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content including images, product descriptions, and branding are the property of Banno Rani and cannot be used or reproduced without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Incorrect washing or handling by the customer

  • Minor color/texture variations

  • Delays caused by courier companies or external factors
