REFUND, RETURN & REPLACEMENT POLICY

At Banno Rani, we take great care to ensure product quality. Since our products are delicate apparel items, we follow a strict No-Refund Policy.

1. No Refund Policy

We do not provide refunds under any circumstances.

Only replacement is provided (if eligible).

2. Replacement Eligibility

A replacement will be provided only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product received

  • Product is damaged or defective on arrival

3. Mandatory Parcel Opening Video

To claim a replacement, the customer must:

  • Record a parcel opening video from the moment the packet is received.

The video must be:

  • Continuous (no cuts/pauses/edits)

  • Clearly showing the sealed parcel, opening process, and product condition

Claims without parcel opening video will not be accepted.

4. Timeline for Replacement Request

  • You must contact us within 2 days (48 hours) of receiving the order.

  • Claims made after 48 hours will not be accepted.

5. Not Eligible for Replacement

Replacement will not be accepted for the following reasons:

  • Slight colour difference (due to screen/lighting)

  • Slight difference in fabric feel

  • Change of mind

  • “I expected something different”

  • Misuse, washing damage, or wear & tear

6. Condition of Returned Product

If a replacement is approved:

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags/packaging.

  • Any used or damaged product will be rejected and returned back to the customer.

7. Exchange Process

To apply for replacement:

  1. Contact us on phone/WhatsApp within 48 hours

  2. Share parcel opening video

  3. If approved, we will arrange or guide the return shipment

  4. Replacement will be shipped after we receive & verify the returned product
